How does our linen rental program work?
You place your order for your linens online using our website. We ship the goods to arrive on or before the date that you need them, even if overnight is required. You pay for the rental and the shipping to your destination.
In return you get a 7 day rental period and we pay the return shipping, in the continental US, under the following conditions:
1. Your order must be over $100.00
2. Reuse boxes received (or similar size) for your return shipment.
3. Use UPS return label(s) provided for your order. (see instruction below)
With your shipment you will receive the following, If you do not contact us immediatley
1. Return instructions for your linens.
2. Your packing slip.
3. Return label(s) - 1 per box shipped.
When your rental period is over, and you are finished with your linens. Shake the linens free of any debris then fold the unlaundered cloths carefully to fit in the boxes. Please do not return the hangers.
Once your box is packed please place the return shipping label on the box. Bring or give the labelled boxe(s) to UPS. If you prefer you can call UPS at 800.PICKUPS (800-742-5877) for a pick up. They will charge you a nominal pick up fee. Or you can drop off at a UPS store, Staples or Office Depot.
UPS take the boxes and we absorb the freight charges. Simple as that!
Return label(s) are valuable so do not loose them, Missing labels must be reported the date the boxes are delivered. A $10.00 per label fee charge to send a new labels. Do not return any boxes back to us.
