A good business treats their customers well when all is right, an excellent business is one that treats their customers well when things go wrong. We ordered all of our tablecloths for our wedding reception through this bridal tablecloth rental program, as they were half the price if we were to rent them locally. We were assured that we would have them in hand a few days before the ceremony, and called a week before to confirm. All was good. Then en route, UPS royally messed up the shipment, and delayed our order so that they were going to arrive two days AFTER the reception. I made several calls and spoke to several workers and supervisors at UPS to no avail (all they would do for us was to refund our shipping charges). I made one phone call to Premier Table Linens and within one hour, I was told they would overnight ship another set of tablecloths so we would have them just in time for our reception. They went above and beyond in order for us to have the reception look the way we had planned. They didn't have to do what they did (I'm sure overnight shipping charges for the second order must have been a small fortune), but they understood that (1) we were already stressed out about finalizing all other aspects of our wedding that was two days away, (2) how disappointed we would be if we didn't have what we ordered and (3) how expensive it would have been for us to have to rent a whole other set of tablecloths locally at the last minute. The second shipment arrived, as promised, by the next morning, and they were *exactly* what we wanted and ordered. Returning the linens after the reception was *extremely* easy as well. I cannot give this linen rental company enough praises. In this day and age, it is truly remarkable for a company to treat their customers as well as they did. Last month we rented a large quantity of tablecloths from this company. They were delivered on time, pressed and in perfect brand new condition. Prior to our annual fundraiser, we had to make numerous changes, additions to our rental contract and our representative, Mari Morales was very patient and worked with us on everything and make it happen. I highly recommend this linen rental program. From our experience, for those still not certain if to purchase or rent and from where, I have tips from what we learned.
Be sure to take into account when purchasing and factor into purchase cost the cost when received, prior to your event to have the tablecloth professionally pressed. With renting, we had them shipped directly to our venue and thy are shipped pressed, on hanger, wrapped and ready to use. A good friend of mine literally spent 3 days irioning linens and chair covers they had purchased for daughter's wedding. Also, if considering renting from another linen company that rents as well, be sure to research them and look at their reviews, the horror stories that are repeated over and over!!! Thank you Premier for helping make my husband and I special wedding reception so beautiful with your linens, napkins and chair covers. They looked totally brand new and amazingly beautiful. They arrived crisp, on hangers and ready to use. Dustin was our rental rep agent and he was so professional, accommodating and easy to work with. Last minute we made changes and he made it happen. He also sent us fabric color samples and assisted us greatly in finalizing colors. Management, please give Dustin a big special thanks from Bre and Joseph and please consider this review in his next employment review. He is a tremendous asset to your company!!!

Our hotel rented from Preimer for a large New Years Eve private party since our customer wanted a color we do not have. The entire rental process is excellent and the linens are absolutely beautiful. They arrived pressed, crisp and looking brand new. We even had to up the count very last minute and they were very nice and accommodating. Just placed the linens in a duffle bag to return today which UPS will be picking up. Great program, great linens. After this experience we will be using this company to both rent and purchase in 2017. Mari thank you for your kind assistance and look forward to working with you a lot in 2017. The owner of Premier Table Linens Tony Cueto and his wife Mari are wonderful and amazing and very professional! They walked me through what size linens we needed and helped us select the colors. All their advise was perfect and everything turned out beautiful! Many guests asked who I had hired to decorate the tables and chairs and I did not, it was all free advise that Tony and Mari gladly gave. My husband and I are so impressed with the level of service and the quality of the linens! We rented 1st for our wedding last year and now rent for functions my company has. Their entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and really care. I asked Mari if the profit share and sure enough they do and each staff member shows it by the level of excellent service. . They manufacturer all their linens in the USA (Florida and New Jersey) and not only does this mean much better quality but something we should all support for our economy.
